Melissa’s passion for real estate began in high school, where she worked at the front desk of a local brokerage and gained early exposure to the inner workings of the residential market. That hands-on experience sparked a lasting interest in homes, architecture, and the way people live. She went on to graduate from the University of Michigan with a degree in International Relations and Entrepreneurship, bringing a strategic mindset and a meticulous, detail-driven approach to every facet of every transaction. With deep roots in Michigan, Melissa offers an intuitive understanding of the local market and the communities she serves.
In addition to real estate, Melissa works in interior design with a trained eye for floor plans, finishes, and livable design—allowing her to identify potential and value others may overlook. Her experience is further shaped by close involvement in residential construction through her husband’s company, Ideal Builders & Remodeling, giving her firsthand knowledge of building, renovating, and evaluating homes at every stage.
Now a proud mother to a 2-year-old son, Melissa understands that the best homes balance beauty with real life.
