Nicole Anderson is a licensed Realtor originally from the northern suburbs of Chicago. Licensed in both Illinois and Michigan, she is now based in Birmingham, Michigan, where she proudly calls home and is passionate about the area’s vibrant community and charm.
Her passion for real estate was sparked at a young age, inspired by watching HGTV favorites like House Hunters, Love It or List It, and Property Brothers with her mom—an early love that naturally evolved into a career focused on helping others find their dream homes.
She is dedicated to making the process smooth and personalized for every client, whether they’re buying, selling, or investing. Nicole is passionate about supporting clients through meaningful lifestyle changes, whether that means upsizing, downsizing, or relocating.
Outside of real estate, Nicole leads an active lifestyle—she enjoys Pilates, exploring new activities, traveling to exciting destinations, and discovering new restaurants. Nicole has a love for fashion that reflects her creative and radiant personality. Her furry (and shelled) companions—Koi, a German Shepherd; Baby, a Yorkie; and Raphael, a turtle—add joy and warmth to her everyday life.
