With a deep understanding of the Metro Detroit area, she specializes in delivering results tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Previously, Shondell served as president of the relocation department, where she honed her expertise before returning to her true passion—working directly with clients to buy and sell homes.
Active in her community, Shondell was a two-time past president with the Christ Child Society Board and the Indiana University Alumni Board’s Southeast Michigan Chapter. She is also passionate about supporting local initiatives and fostering connections within her community. Shondell and her husband, Scott, have been married for over 35 years and are proud parents of three daughters.
